Free four-week leader kit

Build a group of men who actually return.

A low-pressure Bible habit challenge for three to eight men: ten minutes alone each day, thirty honest minutes together each week.

DAILY

10 minutes alone

One passage, one plain-language summary, and one response.

WEEKLY

30 minutes together

No lecture. Review what worked, name friction, and recommit.

GROUP

3–8 men

Small enough for honesty and large enough to carry momentum.

The group agreement

Accountability without performance.

Read this together before Day 1. Every man agrees to tell the truth, keep confidence, avoid fixing one another, and return without shame after a missed day.

  1. We report honestly. No inflated streaks and no hiding missed days.
  2. We ask before advising.Listening comes before fixing.
  3. We protect confidence.Personal struggles stay with the group.
  4. We measure the return.A comeback matters more than a flawless record.

Four-week field plan

One skill at a time.

WEEK 01RETURN

Build a ten-minute floor

Choose one daily cue and use it for seven days. Read one passage, summarize it, and choose one response.

Weekly check-in

  • What made starting easier?
  • Where did friction show up?
  • What cue will you keep next week?
WEEK 02UNDERSTAND

Use plain words

Before applying the passage, state what it actually says. Look for repetition, contrast, command, promise, and context.

Weekly check-in

  • What did you notice by slowing down?
  • Where were you tempted to assume?
  • What question is still open?
WEEK 03RESPOND

Make the action visible

Finish every session with one prayer, confession, conversation, or practical action you can complete that day.

Weekly check-in

  • Which response became real?
  • What stayed vague?
  • Who needs courage from you this week?
WEEK 04ENDURE

Practice the return

Expect disruption. When a day is missed, resume on the next available day without doubling or hiding.

Weekly check-in

  • What helped you return?
  • What did the month expose?
  • What rhythm will the group carry forward?

Repeatable meeting agenda

Thirty minutes. No sermon required.

  1. 00–05Open with prayer and one sentence from each man.
  2. 05–15Review wins, misses, and the friction behind both.
  3. 15–25Discuss the week’s three prompts.
  4. 25–30Name the next cue and close in prayer.
